Preparing invoice details for e-invoicing

Start your e-invoicing workflow by preparing and revising invoice details in your browser. Start blank or load fictional sample data, then replace every example detail before using it.

A practical workflow

Choose your country context and currency. Enter invoice identifiers and dates, seller and buyer details, then add each line item. Set tax treatment yourself. Review the live document, check the fields and choose an output. Country context does not select a legal profile or a recommended tax rate.

Amounts and tax

Use a dot for decimal values. Quantities allow up to four decimal places; prices, discounts and tax percentages allow two. A line amount is rounded to two decimal places, its discount is rounded and deducted, and its tax is calculated on that net amount. Tax is rounded per line before totals are summed. Exempt and outside-scope items require a reason and a zero rate. These categories describe your entry; they do not establish the correct treatment.

Saving and revisions

Save on this device stores one draft for this product in the current browser profile. It does not automatically save later edits. Load saved draft restores that draft. Delete saved draft removes the stored copy while leaving your open invoice available. A downloaded editable JSON draft can preserve incomplete fields for later import.

Printing and exporting

Check fields before export. Printable output uses your browser print dialog; Save as PDF is available where your browser supports it. Structured JSON contains the application invoice model and computed amounts in minor units, not a recognised e-invoice standard. CSV contains line items and amounts, not a complete invoice.

Scope of this version

This version supports ordinary invoices with non-negative line prices, line-level discounts and manually entered tax rates. Credit notes, negative amounts, global charges, withholding, multi-currency conversion, advance payments and transmission are not implemented.
